Angelika Zerfass is an independent trainer for translation tools, located in Bonn, Germany. She started out with a degree in translation (Chinese/Japanese + Computational Linguistics) from the University of Bonn, but early in her career found the technical side of translation tools most intriguing and has been involved in training, consulting and support on translation technologies since the late 1990s.

Over the years, Angelika has learned a lot about the way translators and project managers use translation tools. In her training sessions she shares her industry knowledge, technical expertise and always tries to give participants the most relevant information for their specific situation. Being German, she likes to teach :-)
